About Us
Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) is an international language education program with a regionally-focused curriculum in both North America & Europe. There are 35 branches in North America and there are 10 branches in Europe. Taiwan Center for Mandarin learning in Wisconsin welcomes all 18+ adults in Wisconsin and other States plus the global community who are interested in learning Mandarin Chinese to join our classes. The number of people learning Mandarin in Europe and the U.S. increases year by year; the U.S. Department of State also announced the National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y), emphasizing increase in Mandarin learning opportunities outside China. The U.S. -Taiwan Education Initiative was signed between the U.S. and Taiwan on December 2, 2020. In response to the above, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Council(Taiwan) and their related agencies established a negotiation and cooperation model with American Institute in Taiwan(AIT) to enhance bilateral language cooperation.
